Our British–German Production Process

Precision Batching & Mixing
At the heart of our production line is a British-German engineered automatic batching and mixing unit equipped with advanced planetary mixers. The entire process is managed by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system, which ensures real-time precision by receiving and validating sensor data. This guarantees a homogeneous concrete mix, setting the stage for superior product quality.

High Pressure WetPressing
Once mixed, the concrete is transferred to steel molds in our British hydraulic pressing unit. With a 100-ton hydraulic ram, we apply immense pressure to squeeze out excess water using a vacuum top drainage system. Each pressing cycle lasts 10 to 30 seconds, resulting in compact, high-density products with exceptional strength.

Perfect Design & Finish
During pressing, a filter medium not only facilitates efficient water drainage but also imprints detailed surface designs onto the wet concrete. After pressing, products are vacuum-lifted and neatly stacked to ensure flawless handling and presentation — delivering a fine surface finish free of porosity or defects.

Durability That Lasts
Our wet-mix process ensures adequate moisture for complete cement hydration, locking in strength and longevity. Only excess water is expelled, while cement and fine particles are retained. The result? Low water absorption, high compressive strength, and long-lasting performance — perfect for Flag Tiles, Kerbstones, and Dish Channels that stand the test of time.

HIGH COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH
Wet Press technology based automatic machine uses 400 ton pressure to squeeze out water from the concrete mixture in the mould, producing high compressive strength products.
